Like, Wh...I always beat myself up before every run. Like, Why do you even bother?.....You only have 30 minutes....you'll never get to a marathon when you can't even RUN a whole 5K....<br /><br />These are NOT God and they are NOT me, so I know exactly where they come from. The enemy and FEAR. Don't be afraid to run, even if you're not as fast as strong and as exhilerated as the time before. At least you DID it.
